Marking
The name plate marker is used to mark changeable parameter on the metal plate, such as specific models, dates, batchs and serial numbers.
Application
machine, mechatronics, water pump, valve, automobile and motorcycle and all kinds of aluminum, cooper, stainless steel, plastic plate on the electrical appliance.
Theory
1. Hardened steel wheel processed by high-frequency quenching can be punched by
hand or by hammer to mark letters and numbers on nameplates( 0.1~ 0.3mm deep).
2. Steel wheel with heat treatment can be rotated to the letter or number needed
3. Marking ***ce, array pitch can be adjusted in an easy way.
4. We have different sets of steel wheels for different sizes of font.
5. All name plates smaller than 220×160mm can be clamped to mark.
